Content Guidelines
Who is the audience?
Generally, we assume that our audience consists mostly of people who are interested in Sedona and all that it has to offer, whether they have ever visited Sedona, live here now, or still dream of coming.
Who can submit work?
Everybody! There are no restrictions in terms of age, location, quirks, etc. Anyone who has a story to tell and a creative way to tell it is welcome to submit their work to Sedona Story.
What kind of work can be submitted?
Sedona Story is a place where anyone can tell their story. A story should generally communicate some change, incident, experience, or awakening.
Sedona Story is open to all kinds of content inspired by Sedona and encourages stories that aim to share the Sedona spirit—a spirit of creative mastery over your life, profound connection with the earth and fellow human beings, and a practice of Awakened Living, which describes having a greater awareness of yourself and being present in each moment.
All content must be original work without copyright conflicts. We are delighted to accept content in the form of videos, audio files, text, and images. You can find many examples of great content on the website.
Who owns it once it’s submitted?
If it’s your own original work, you own the copyright, but Sedona Story reserves the right to edit and publish the material.
